Dreams That We See Very Often Are Reminders

Hi guys @frothycoffee001 here. And today I am going to tell you guys some facts about dreams.

Dreams can be good or bad, happy or sad, pleasurable or annoying. Well I think some dreams that we see very often are reminders. These dreams remind us of some incidents that we've already faced. I want to tell you that story of mine and that nightmare.

When I was in class IX, I went on every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday private tuitions for English from 5pm to 7pm. And our school timing was 10 to 4:30pm. So naturally i had to be very quick after 4:30 because our tutor was very cranky about time. I went to tuition wearing my school uniform and put on fresh clothes at tutor's home. Anyways, i had quite a few very good friends there. One of them was Anirban. After 7pm when tuition called off both of us went to our home by riding both of our cycles.

So, one day maybe it was Thursday. After 7pm we were coming from tuition. Anirban had some work to do that day and that's why we had to change our route and part ways. He had gone to the same road and I had to go on another route. I don't know why but I had never chosen that path because it was quiet, lonely and dark. Maybe this is what fate is.

I was riding cycle and was humming some peppy bollywood song. Suddenly from nowhere a man with his bike came and pushed me. Naturally I fell. My cycle fell upon me. And on that very quick moment that man touched me everywhere including my private parts. It all happened for approx. 10 seconds. Then he ran away with his bike. I was so stunned that it took some minutes for me to understand what happened. I took my cycle and came back home. It was so shocking for me that it took 7 minutes for me to come back home from that exact place and I couldn't cry outside. I was crying so badly at home that my mum and didi(elder sister) were feeling helpless.

Anyways after this incident it took a month for me to forget this. But sometimes i think universe plans more for you. This is where my nightmare story starts. Many of us can relate with this kind of dream.

So how many of you guys see dreams where something or someone is chasing you while you are running too in a jungle or in a big city or in anywhere? I saw these dreams for at least a year since this incident occured.

I saw a tall man with his extra large hands and legs and with no head is chasing me while i am running very quickly in a big city where i can see only large highrise buildings. And that man is taller than those buildings. Can you imagine i woke up every morning full sweaty, scared and eyes full of tears.

And this nightmare made me stronger. I've started to become stronger and bold about my body. You don't have to wear sexy dresses to be bold. After this nightmare I always felt that men are nothing to be scared of. I come from a small town where eveteasing and assaulting are very normal. This dream reminded me to be more than what I was.
