So start exercising from now, just 10 minutes. You Only need to exercise for 10 minutes then you can increase gradually. But you need to start with 10 minutes
• Drink water frequently
Our body is 60% water. Water is the most essential thing for us to stay alive. You must drink water frequently. I am not gonna tell you that you should drink 7 or 8 glasses of water. Actually it varies with person to person. But the thing is drink water frequently. It is good for your brain too.

• Make to do list
This one is also one of the most important habits for a good lifestyle. You always need to have a goal. Without a goal life is meaningless. Many people complains that they feel lazy and boring. Bro, if you don't have any goal in your life, you will obviously feel lazy.
From now, when you wake up, make a to do list and those tasks should be completed by the end of the day.

• Give some rest to your body
Always working is a good but with proper rest. Our body is like a machine, a machine need to be charged same in your case. When you complete few tasks and you feel like taking rest. Take rest, you can take a 20 minutes nap or you can just take a walk on your roof or any open place. It will relax your mind and increase your concentration power.
If you work continuously without any break, you will concentrate less, so it is better to take some rest between your work.
