Remember being the tech wizard of 3 generations? Yeah me too. Well as we get old, I do realize that we are not the “it generation anymore”, the GenZs and whatever comes after them are taking over. We transitioned from VHS to CD to Memory card to Cloud. It was us all along.
But it does seem a bit painful to see us not being able to keep up with the times. I mean as most of us are either 30 or soon to be 30, it is hard to consider yourself hip.
Did you know you have so many VPN options? Back then getting a Torrent file using VPN was some hacker level knowledge. You could also have multiple passive income sources or the biggest of it all; CRYPTO! The list is endless, but you know what I ranting about. My entire agenda is to reach out to you and ask that how hard do you feel to keep up with the [K]Technology? Here is a small list of things you can explore as a millennial and keep up, because let's face it. You're old!
AI powered paraphraser/Summarizer/Grammer Checker:
Are you still searching for synonyms while writing anything? AI is taking over the world, one industry at a time. Did you know there are hundreds of websites to help you summarize or paraphrase content? Additionally, you can check for grammar, plagiarism, optimize SEO and do so much more. All on 1 platform.
Temp Ids:
You can create temp emails, phone numbers to download collaterals from websites. It is easy to use and saves you a lot of hassle and the security risks of sharing your details. You no longer need to use your teenage id for spams.
Social Media Schedulers:
Yes grandpa/grandma, you do not need to visit 5 different sites to post a picture of your dog or cat. You can simply find a dashboard to schedule your posts onto multiple platforms in 1 go. You can even add relevant hashtags, there is 1 pitfall of tagging your connections. Only few platforms provide you with the option, but often it is a part of a premium package.
I could go on and on but, I know your attention span can be counted on fingers. So move along, and come back for more tips and tricks for the not so tech-savvy millennial.
Here is a parting tip for you and a request from me: Please stop using the dog filter on Snap, it is an embarrassment to our entire generation, and we should never ever talk about it. Pinky Swear?
