Hello guys. Welcome to my blog. I feel lucky and happy to have you here. Making everyone laugh is no small feat. It's also a risky business. But they add interest and spark to the conversation. People love to listen and generally trust people who make them laugh.
Jeffrey Hall, a researcher at the University of Kansas, conducted a study on public speakers. Two people participated in the investigation. The first is very clever. But he has a weak sense of humor. But the second is the opposite. He is of average intelligence but has a great sense of humor. After the pair spoke publicly, Hall called for a review of the pair. People think the second person is smarter than the first. Of course, this becomes a problem when trying to make friends or something bigger than that. If they find out that you have a bad sense of humor, they might not be interested in you. So, on my blog, I will share with you a new style of humor that will be the star of your future conversations. If you find it interesting, tap the heart icon and continue reading.
To make people laugh, the most important thing is to understand their sense of humor. Sounds confusing, doesn't it? By humor, I mean connecting things in unexpected and surprising ways. But when you learn it, you just have to adapt different kinds of humor to different people and different situations that require different kinds.
What is a good start for a beginner? You can certainly start with something called wrong humor. It is based on the assumptions of the audience and is very easy to use. The basic idea, he says, is to set an expectation of what you're saying. Ask the audience to guess the next sentence. Then surprise them with it. For better understanding, tell a good opening story. Then twist it in unexpected ways. Through this people will feel it
You have great situational awareness
You have the ability to make funny and funny comments. You think about your legs
you are handsome
By doing this, you will gain the affection and attention of others. So when you speak, think about what the listener will think of the next sentence. Then say the opposite. This is called a strike line. In fact, it means saying the opposite of what others think.
Let's take an example. A wise old man once said, "Don't follow another man's path unless you're lost in the woods." The listeners would not understand why the old man said he would not take another path, so they laugh at himself for taking the forest path.
That's all for today. I hope this improves your sense of humor. If so, tap the heart button. Leave your feedback in the comment box. Also, don't forget to follow me for more interesting blogs. Check out the next blog. See you until then.
