Ways To Deal With Anxiety.

Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day. 

Anxiety is something most, if not all, of us go through at different levels. It is a part of being a normal human being. 

If you feel like you are stuck between your thoughts and are feeling very helpless, just try to do something. Go on a walk, call up your friends and just talk about something, play with your pet- find and do something to break that cycle that is going on in your head and keeping your mind helpless. 

Do anything as a distraction, eve  for short amount of time. Take action without overthinking about it, just go for it.

Being positive and thinking right is almost impossible during times like these. And to think right you need to have a clear mind. No one will understand you better than yourself, so try starting bit by bit and appreciate these small wins. Having a self motivation self talk session, look in the mirror and talk something positive that might help.

Appreciate yourself for how far you have come and remind yourself about your strengths.

Balance is important to have a satisfying day.

Try to balance the basic things that you need to be right, including sleep, food, water and ultimately, your health. Once you have these things in check, there are high chance that it might do wonders.

Having a kind of physical activity/ workout routine will help you fight your anxiety. Doing these releases endorphins which triggers a positive feelings in your mind. It also helps you reduce stress, improve sleep and help in fighting the anxiety.

Know that You are not alone.

You thinking that you have to fight alone, know that this feeling is temporary. Think of it as your body's way of communicating with you. We tend to feel this only when we lose perspective and when you lack inspiration. It is true that motivation is important but motivation will not take you through whatever you are going consistently. So discipline becomes way more important for being consistent. We have to get out of our heads and gain a bit different perspective.
