Why I say so because.. marriage becomes a crowded affair. 

1. It is not always girl meets boy and they fall in love and get married. There is a big hustle in between. 
2. Family, Family assets, Family Income, caste, creed, religion, color and physiological factors play a major role in diminishing love like a loose cannon.
3. Then, once you are married, you smell the coffee from the very next day. It is suddenly someone else's house and family, there is a big process that involves in making a place for yourself in the middle of struggling to keep the love blooming.
4. The person you married disappears under the cloak of a SPOUSE. SHE/HE is suddenly not that person anymore. 
5. Negativity takes over and then life is crushed to bits and pieces and you don't know where to start from. 

These are just 5 negative points from this beautiful relationship commissioned in heaven. Whereas, Marriage is the most sacred bond between two people that give rise to a family and generations to come. 

• Don't demean this beautiful relationship.
• Marriage means a lot to whom it belongs.
• Marriage is a network of strong emotions, bound together in a fragile manner.
• Love and loyalty are very important in marriage.
• Standing by someone who has come from outside your family circle is important, be it your husband or your wife.
• Being compassionate towards your partner is a virtue.
• Do not lend a ear to anything wrong that is said about your spouse. 
• NEVER EVER WASH DIRTY LINEN IN PUBLIC. That is absolutely disgusting and demeaning. 
• Don't allow your children to become the bone of contention in any argument. Keep them away if there is any disagreement.
• Do not make chores gender specific. Wives can take the car to the petrol pump and husbands can do the dishes. 
• Love your home, your space and make it beautiful. 
• Talk to each other and set yourselves a common goal in marriage. You are not single anymore “to live your own life” Your life is also your spouse's life. Accept that!!
• Marriage is a big commitment. KEEP your promises. 
• KEEP any 3RD party out of your marriage. 
• Be involved in each other's life.
• Value the contribution each one is making into the relationship to work. 

Well, nobody can give a perfect advice on marriage because every person and their circumstances are different. You may have to act differently for each situation you are into. It does take a lot of grit and guts to keep a marriage. It doesn't take much to break a relationship, but when a marriage is broken, it brings with it a tsunami of other complications, A messy divorce and custody battles, alimony, etc. Life is not what it seems to be always. Marriage is not just a dress up day , followed by parties and rituals. MARRIAGE is work. Everyday you have to work to keep it well. Nurture it will love, compassion and loyalty.

To be yourself in your marriage, you must never FORSAKE yourself in the way of pleasing anyone. Your marriage is yours. Nobody is coming to mend things for you. Talk to your spouse regularly to be updated on what is going on in your relationship, on their minds. A human mind is complex, try to unwind those thoughts with your partner. SMILE together often. 

Marriage only levels up your relationship with your better half. Marriage gives your relationships that much needed recognition ,validity and security. Take it seriously, if you are considering to get married and if you are already married, hope you have a happy one!!
