One of the strongest characters of the greek mythological world, Hercules has many great stories. Getting driven mad by Hera, the goddess, Heracles killed his own children. To atone for his sins, he had to perform 12 labors set by Eurystheus, his arch enemy.
• Prometheus steals the fire.
After creating humanity, Prometheus saw the world driven by darkness. And so he stole the fire from Zeus and gave it to the human kind. As his punishment, he was chained to a rock for eternity with an eagle ripping his liver every single day and since he was immortal it would grow back just for the eagle to rip it again.
• The adventures of Sisyphus.
After defeating death, sisyphus, the king of Ephyra, got his punishment by the gods. Zeus angered sisyphus to roll a huge boulder up a hill. And just when he got to the top, it would just roll down again for eternity.
• Perseus slays Medusa.
Perseus had many great myths filled with action and adventure. As anyone who saw medussa would turn into a stone statue, perseus had to be smart. He defeated medusa with the help of his polished shield to view the reflection of Medusa.
• Fly High Icarus.
Everyone knows about this story of over confidence. Icarus and his brother received sets of wings and warned them that the wings would melt as it is made of wax. Icarus did not listen and was consumed by the thought of being able to fly. So he flew too close to the sun and as a result his wings broke down and he fell into the sea.
• The Trojan Horse
The war between Troy and the greek made it to 10 years of war, the Greek grew tired and came up with the most brilliant idea to breach the walls of troy. They constructed a huge horse made of wood with odysseus and his team inside ready to attack the troy from within. And because of this, Troy won the war.
