Today's blogs will be like a review of a very famous series named SEX EDUCATION. With its last 3rd season released, it won heart of its viewers with intimacy and happiness to characters that deserved it.
Just by the title of this show catches the eyes of a lot of people. In the first few episodes it shows some stereotypical characters like a bunch of spoiled friends who thinks that everyone else is beneath them. But the character development of every character is quite fascinating. The typical characters go on the journey which changes their whole personalities throughout the seasons.
The plot summary:
A very good therapist who happens to be a single mom has a just teen son, Otis, who goes on a journey of childhood to adulthood along with which we see a lot of characters, discovering their own bodies and its desires. As a son of a great therapist, he acquires a trait to identify and help people emotionally with their problems. And where would he find people like him, obviously in his high school. So he along with a business minded girl, Maeve, opens up a secret therapy sessions in an abandoned bathrooms and charges them.
Over the time, while talking and helping other people's feelings, they both secretly fall for each other. And they try their best to deny what they are feeling for each other.
Love isn't about grand gestures, or the moon and the stars, its just dumb luck, and sometimes, you meet someone who feels the same way. And then sometimes, you are unlucky. But one day, you're gonna meet someone who appreciates you for who you are.
Apart from these two characters, we see a variety of other character to battle tehir own battles and discover their bodies. All these characters show that liking and having desires is only normal and shame has no place to play in it. So in a way, it really is a sort of SEX EDUCATION. We get to see and learn about topics like sexual identity, responsibilities, self education, seeking help and friendships.
