Hi again! Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are having a blast of a day and are in good health.

So today, we will be talking a bit about some life changing books. Think of these as a Self discipline guide book. If you intend to reach your full potential in life, reading books is one of the greatest things you can do to transfer yourself to a better and more educated version of yourself. Here are some great books you should read at least once in your lifetime.

○ Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Habits of a person are the compound interest of self improvement. If you want better results, then forget about setting goals. Focus on your system instead. The most effective way to change your habits to improve yourself is to focus not on what you want to achieve but on who you wish to become. The environment is the main element that would shape a human behaviour.

○ Awaken the giant within by Anthony Robbins.

The three decisions that controls your fate are:

  • Your decision on what to focus on.
  • Your decision on what the things really mean to you
  • Your decision about what to do to achieve the result you desire.

By changing any of these three decisions you can immediately produce a powerful and a drastic change in your life.

○ Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

The poor and the middle class people work for the money and the rich have their money that works for them.

It is not how much money you earn that matters. It is how much money you keep. Rich people acquire assets. Whereas the poor and the middle class  acquire liabilities that they think are assets. The single most great and powerful asset is our mind.

○ Deep Work by Cal Newport.

In order to be your absolute best, you need to commit to deep concentrated work.

Deep work rules include the ability to:

  • Focus on wildly important.
  • Keep a compelling scoreboard
  • Act on lead measures

○ The Influential Mind by Tali sharot.

People are not really that flexible and this rigidity is glued into our brains. People's minds are emotionally connected to each other, so good and bad moods become contagious.

So that was all for this blog. I hope you all liked and enjoyed it.

Thank you for reading this far….
