Her Career .

There were days when she had only one unprofessional career- just to serve the home, and to become another beauty piece of home.
Activities of women empowerment, feminists and all liberals gave her opportunities to choose career other than home making. However, being homemaker is not bad but the purpose of making her so is definitely not good. Even now, when she is going outside and creating her own paths, there are expectations from her to look after home too.
Even Indra Nooyi, CEO of biggest company- PepsiCo once shared her feelings about how she exercises between home and office. This is huge to explain the scenarios of common households..
There are many examples where her career is chosen by others' opinion.. Sometimes these other people are her parents or sometimes they are 'in laws'.. Parents are always in big question that how she would manage this particular profession, after marriage?
What she does before marriage is her talent which eventually becomes necessity afterwards..
Men are not asked to do home making when they are working outside then why do women asked for the same? This is one of the hurdles for her when she starts going outside. After all, a human being can't work all the time. So, many times she preferred to quit a job.
Whatever she earns and whatever skills she has never matter but if she doesn't know cooking ,she is useless.. Cooking is such aesthetic thing ,it should not be classified on gender basis.. It is beautiful arts of human lives and not just women's life..
Homemaking is real valuable job. Because, it has to play many roles at a time. This job is always at work without having any payment. Skills at profession give values to a particular job but love and care give values to the human inside us. Thus, a homemaker always deserve a respect. We have to accept it more than any job. We have to show the gratitude to our homemaker that how valuable she is for us! It is best if he also wants to start homemaking. This is so old now that only she has that kind of love to express for everyone in the house. Why? What happens to the love of him? He is not a human to show the love and care as she does? So let's keep ourselves away from these presumptions..
Whenever we teach equality to our child, we must start giving examples of men at home too. Why does it give shame to all of us? No men, you should not be shy if it is your choice. See, how she is making her choices and fighting all the time for whatever she wants to have.. Sometimes you support her and sometimes not. But, try your choice of being a home maker and see what she does for your choice now. Try her stand too.. they say, Movies are mirror of society and bollywood once showed the reverse character of traditional careers of man and woman. So are we not going to follow this at ours home now?
Many villages in India do not have toilets at schools. This is the thing which we cannot relate with career immediately but it starts and stops with this issue only. Because, girls stop going to school as there is no facility of their sanitation. I look at this as a big career hurdle for them which is at it's initial stage.
Secondly, the expectations of being at home before moon shows his face to the world. Surely this shows care and reflects as a security issue.. Because no one can guarantee her safety. Only she needs to handle all the immorality of a society. What hurts is- with women empowerment, men are getting less empowered day by day with their thoughts, behaviour, mind and what not. Sometimes, i wonder are we responsible for this situation of men? Because we need both equally empowered and not degradation of men. We have to tell that they both are not unequal in anything.
Among all this, it is not forgettable that she has her responsibilities towards family but also she is not solemnly responsible.. Vehicle of a home must be run on both the wheels of man and woman..
But dear woman, let's not affect your Passion and skills to your health.. Be valued in every senses.. Never forget, respect to yourself will make others to respect you.. 😊.
