HELLO TO ALL OF YOU MY LOVELY PEOPLE…..💕💕👋👋…I AM BACK WITH MY NEXT BLOG….

Today I am gonna share with you some interesting facts I stumbled upon while scrolling through social media , which really helped me a lot to stay productive… so I thought why not share with you guys…so either you're someone who find it hard to get motivated and productive and be effective throughout the day, you get distracted or stuck or lost, or maybe you are someone who is somehow managing to do everything but at the end of the day you are feeling tired or fatigued….this is the article for you to take a look at..

The FIRST piece of advice I am going to give you is really simple ---"PLAN FOR A COMMUTE"… those of you that are working from home may be wondering this doesn't apply to you ,,but actually it does..                                What I find is that if you create a 10 to 15 minute commute in your day, and instead of diving straight into work ,try going for a walk , you are basically tricking your mind to feel like you're going somewhere. One of the reasons why we're all feeling so encaged and so enclosed ,is because we don't feel like we are changing environment .We don't feel like we are moving from place to place…so if this is the case try taking a 10 minute walk at the start and end of the day to go to back and come back …and while walking try to listen something you like ,,,like listen podcast or song..

This SECOND tip is recommended by many people and it is life changing and useful---"A FIVE MINUTE GAP BETWEEN EACH AND EVERY MEETING IN YOUR SCHEDULE "…Never schedule your meetings back to back ..you guys don't feel that 5 minute is a lot of time, but this 5 minute gap can be lifechanging… when u take out that time from each meeting ,, you get that imp time to decompress and prepare for the next meeting ..In this way you don't feel burdened with all the meetings and get time to comprehend what the next meeting is about….                                                      The five habits that u can do in five minutes to get yourself back on track are follows…                                                                                                    1. WATER-- STAY HYDRATED BETWEEN MEETINGS.                                      2. WALK AROUND--BECAUSE OF SITTING ALL THE TIME YOU STARTED        TO FEEL STUCK, ITS REALLY IMP TO GET MOVING.                                   3. WATCH-- LOOK OUT OF A WINDOW, LOOK INTO THE SKY..GET SOME          FRESH AIR.                                                                                                           4. WONDER-- ALLOW YOUR MIND TO WONDER, TO BE CREATIVE, TO              THINK SOMETHING UNREALTED.                                                                   5. WIND DOWN-- ALLOW YOURSELF A FEW MOMENTS TO BREATHE IN          FOR THE SAME SMOUNT OF TIME AS YOU BREATHE OUT.

The THIRD tip is---"USE TRAVEL TIME FOR TRANSFORMATION"…If your job constantly involves you to be in your vehicle ,, so use that time productively ,,like try to read a book's summary…There are many apps and sites that can provide summary of books…And it helps you to stay focused ..using this time wisely is game changer..

#beproductive

The FOURTH tip is more like shifting or “SWAP SMALL TALK TO BIG\DEEP TALK”…Not one person actually enjoys these types of small talk ..all are like ,,yeah!!get to the point… This also applies whether you're working on zoom or meeting in person .In this way we don't get to deeply know the people.. Instead of this ,,try asking what's a challenge that you've been working through lately?? or how could I help you through it??These types of questions allow them to open themselves in front of you and in this way you get to know them deeply..

If you're spending  a lot of your time on Zoom, and with whom u r having meetings u don't them in person then u can cross that bridge ---"BY BEING CURIOUS,BUT NOT CREEEPY"… And u can do that by asking someone what's in their background ,,like some are sitting against wall with a piece of art or family picture hanging on it.. And this is such a beautiful conversation starter and helps u build a good  relationship..

And this final point is something that we probably know and do, but do wonders for u---"TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS AND TURN ON CHILL, RELAXING WORK MUSIC"…Make a playlist of all the music u wanna listen that will help u get you into the zone…

I REALLY HOPE U GUYS ENJOY THIS ARTCLE AND SHARE WITH OTHER PEOPLE TOO, TO MAKE THEIR LIFE EASY…

This is it for now…SEE YOU SOON GUYS….

XOXO🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕😘😘😘
