Mouthwatering Nonveg South Indian Cuisines

         As we discussed earlier about mouthwatering vegetarian south Indian cuisine. As we all know our country has a reputation for being a vegetarian’s paradise. Eventhough we have. But what the world doesn’t know is that India is home to a huge chunk of non-vegetarians.

        Chicken, mutton, duck, pork and other poultry products, seafood are among the most common non-vegetarian items of India. Beef is also eaten in some parts of India but the percentage of beef consumption is quite less.

          Fish, crabs, oysters, lobsters, prawns, shrimps, etc. are a part of the coastal cuisines of India where they are available in profusion. Steamed mussels, crab gravy, mussel curry, grilled oysters etc. , are the most preferred dishes among the seafood lovers.

       Here I listed some of the most prominent south Indian cuisine which we frequently eat and all time favorite dishes. 

1.Briyani with chicken πŸ”65

         Biryani is one of the most zestful and popular non-vegetarian dishes in India. You will get mouthwatering when you smell a little bit of that dish πŸ˜‹. It's a spicy flavourful dish.
         Chicken 65 is said to have originated in Madras (Chennai). This delicious, deep-fried recipe of Chicken 65 is from the house of Tamil Nadu.

2.Vanjaram Meen Varuval (Seer Fish Fry)

4.Chettinad Pepper Chicken

5.Fish Puttu

6.Vegetable cheese omelet 


        It can be prepared for a leisurely brunch or make for a fancy lunch

       It is a hero ingredient in regional cuisines, especially South Indians and it is a all time favorite starter for seafood lovers.

14. Idly nattu kozhi πŸ› kulambu ( country hen gravy)

   When Sunday has been come, this is an all time favorite 😍recipe for non-vegetarian lovers πŸ˜‹. 

     These recipes are not only mouthwatering but also provide you with proteins, zinc, iron, vitamins, Omeg 3 fatt acid,maintains Hemoglobin levels and many other nutrients which are ideal for the overall maintenance and growth of your body. 
The spices used in the Indian non-vegetarian dishes make them special and unique from the non-vegetarian items of the western cuisines.
