DON'T LOSE YOUR VALUABLE LIFE IN MOBILE GAMING

I've been working out consistently since I was 16 years old.
I've been into gaming most of my life (I'm 34). I have played on the pc as well as consoles. However over the last couple of years I have invested a lot of time into mobile games…and up until recently I had been blind to the fact that mobile gaming is Garbage.
There has been some scientific research which has been done and which demonstrated that video games can stimulate the brain in a positive way. However mobile gaming, from my personal experience requires absolutely no skill or brain whatsoever. When playing a mobile game, all you do is tap your screen without even thinking for hours. Mobile gaming drains your time and your wallet and all you gain from it are fake, empty, useless achievements in a screen.
Mobile gaming is pointless..all that time that you've wasted playing could have been put to better use such as reading, exercise or building relationships. The money that you've wasted couldn have been spent on things worthwhile such as going on local trips, food, clothing, books, adventurous trips etc…
Mobile Gaming isn't just bad for you, it's absolutely garbage and needs to be eradicated.

So my point of view
Today's most of the children spent their lives in gaming event 2yrs old child also included in this list, so these lead to many spectrum disorder in their life. So be cautious ⚠️
If we purse this situation we will be going to lose our future generations.

Do you want your child come to this list, then don't encourage your child to sit infront of digital screens. Instead let your child to read đź“š lot n lot of books đź“–.
Reading đź“š habits makes your child to think.
For example if your child read “ fairy tales books ” they have their own imaginary world 🌎 to create in their mind about that particular story, they build their own fairy face, castles 🏰, animals, witches etc….
But they won't get these creative thinking while watching the movie in digital screen. Simply eating snacks and they do watch…
