There are moments in life when we do take a lot of stress.
Not only do we expect more in such times but we also worry a lot.
This invites more uneasiness and difficulties in life.
Hence we often need to choose a better path through which we can travel more joyfully : the path of happiness.
But how do we get into this path and release unwanted stress from our lives?
Well, through experiences.
When a person gets sick and tired of choosing the same path of fear and worry, his innermost heart suggests for something better.
When we listen to our innermost hearts and start choosing better from within, we unfold the path to joy and ease.
And how do we know that we are on the right track?
A feeling of innermost satisfaction and ease shows us that we are on the right track.
From this place of inner stability, we feel inspired to take better choices.
But that doesn't always happen.
Sometimes we do choose choices that bring back the suffering.
And this is something we master with experience.
We begin to understand what's creating trouble and what's bringing ease.
Based on this understanding, our ability to choose better improves.
Now, I understand, there are moments when we feel lost and unsure of where we need to go.
However, there is a good news!
When we let go of worries and choose choices of relaxation and joy again, we release the blocked energies that was making us feel stuck.
And once we return back to our natural state, our intelligence performs at a better level and we feel different.
From this state, knowing what to do next seems clear.
So, our objective must be to release the energy blocks and get back to our natural, relaxed state of being.
Remember like attracts like.
Worry attracts more worry.
Lack attracts more lack.
And this way, we keep getting deep into the trap unless we decide to come out.
This conscious decision is a game changer.
And there are times when you feel doing a lot of things which others are also doing or taking a large number of actions.
But the problem is if it's not coming from our inner desires, and we do it just because others are doing it, we are more likely to exhaust ourselves with pressure and minimise the ease.
Hence, choosing what uniquely matters to us is the key.
In fact, a fewer choices of our heart is better than a million choices of others.
Choose joy! Choose love! Choose ease!
And the rest will fall into place.
