Ridley Scott's ‘The Martian’ tells the incrdible survival story of one man's survival after being left on mars.

Presumed dead by his team after a storm during a mission to mars , Matt Damon find himself alone on the red planet , 385 million km away from earth.

Matt Damon gives a great performance in the lead role. He does a terrific job keeping viewers interested throughout the film.

For the most part , the sciene behind the movie is accurate. Being a futuristic sci-fi film , ‘The Martian’ incorporates themes that link to idea of human nature and humanity's future. Man's natural desire to preserve and survive plays a key role in the film - if mark didn't have this hunger to survive then he wouldn't have probably made it , this directly link to themes of hope and possibility. One of the first time Mark adresses the audience , He directly says , ‘Im not gonna die here’. The film asks the question of what space travel will look alike and if we might actually have humans on mars in future.

The only thing that appears to keep Mark through the film seems to be his access to a video log , telling both the log and viewers what he is thinking and planning. The psychological effect of this shows up when Mark is finally rescued by his team.

On the whole The Martian does a brilliant job making the viewers feel like they're with Mark.

Overall ‘The Martian’ is a superb film that showcase a sensational performance by its lead.

•Alien Covenant - It is the pre-qual of movie Prometheus and in this part we see How ‘David’ who is a robot and how he became the enemy of man-kind and further what damages he did to humans.

•Edge of Tomorrow - Is a Sci-fi movie and I didn't think I have enjoyed many movies like i have enjoyed this one.

So these four are the some of the best sci-fi movies , but there are some other interesting and extraordinary movies which we not included in the list but we'll make a diffrent blog remaing movies.
