Activate Unconditional Love In You

There is something about you that's uniquely yours.

In fact all of us have a unique way of expressing the infinite potential and possibility on the existence. 

Not only are we capable of learning new things and adapting to new behaviours, we are also having the power to heal ourselves with a divine power flowing through us.

This blog mainly focuses on releasing the negative energy blocks of fear, rage, hatred and allowing the flow of unconditional love into our being. 

And let's talk about this! 

Now let us first see what unconditional love truly is.

Now, based on my definition and understanding, 

" The inner quality or feeling that makes you go from limited care to limitless care is unconditional love. " 

In other words, sensing the same love for all the beings in creation and realising that we are one from within.

It's because the essence of my existence is not different from others. It's the same inner invisible essence which we all are.

When we see like this, we don't see separation. We see the unity.

Of course, we can have our choices whom to talk with and whom not to talk with, but deep within, with this realisation, we don't carry any rage for anyone anymore. 

Now, I'll share some simple steps with you which will help you release unconditional love from your being : 

  1. Include Gratitude  

I have told this many times that gratitude, if done thoroughly,releases any blocked energy quite fast.

Be thankful for the tiniest of things you have or experience in life. Do this consistently and you are bound to sense unconditional love from within. 

  1. Letting Go

This is huge. Letting go is the ultimate thing one can do to release most of the energy blocks and feel the free flow of divine energy and love.

Because we tend to overthink and overanalyze things quite a lot, this brings a lot of pressure and distorts the peace of mind.

The simple thing is to choose to relax from these over thinking habits, despite lots of thoughts trying to come into our heads.

You don't need to force stop any thoughts. Let them come anyway. But choose to be free for a while. 

  1. Forgiveness 

There is something special about this practice. 

It focuses on making us realise that we are one beings and we should forgive each other.

Because holding on to rage for longer periods make us feel dissatisfied and disturbed. 

Sometimes, we also need to forgive ourselves and our past to move on.

It's okay. We are human beings. We may make terrible mistakes but we can restart and write a new life story.

Follow the above steps with sincerity and with consistency and you are bound to experience deep unconditional love in many ways.
