Hello guys. Hope everyone is doing good. Today I'm here with a new blog. A cooking blog. In this blog I'm talking about a super dish. It's name is Kerala style brinjal fry. Which is a super tasty dish. This can be eat in combination with rice. Oh my God. My mouth is filling with water. The method of preparation of this dish is very easy. When there is no Curry or anything with rice , within a simple time we can cook this. And an interesting thing is anyone can cook this. No need to take PhD in cooking lol.
Okay, let's get into the blog.
First main step is clean brinjal thoroughly. That may contain any impurities. So it's really important to clean brinjal . So wash it with more water. After cleaning, cut brinjal in round pieces. Make sure the pieces are not in very thin also not in very thick. Cut in a medium thickness.
The next important step is to make the masala . For that we need to take a plate . Add two teaspoons of red chilli powder, half teaspoon of turmeric powder, half teaspoon of asafeotida powder, add required amount of salt. Finally add a small amount of water to mix the masala.
Next step is marination. Marinate brinjal. Mix the masala with brinjal . After mixing thoroughly keep it for about half an hour. By keeping it for long time the masala can mix it with. And the taste of masala will be in brinjal. So it is better to keep the marination for long time.
And the last step is frying. For that keep the frying pan on the gas. Make it hot. Add oil to pan. Heat the oil. When oil is get hot , add brinjal pieces one by one to the pan. Cook it until the colour changes to a light brown. Cook both sides of brinjal. After that we can serve it into the bowl. You can also garnish it with tomato or anything you like. We can also try potato like this. Believe me it is super tasty.
