Wake up at 6:00 am, do all necessary activities, reach office on time or be ready for the late mark which indeed will result in it being a salary cut, reach home on time, prepare food, sleep and repeat.

This is the basic schedule of one's life.

I know you must be more complicated than this. The running life and increasing competition at every stage of breath have increased stress.

I don't have any idea about yours but when I am stressed my shoulders start to become tense. They feel very heavy, my stomach starts to hurt and eventually I become very irritated, start shouting, and get irritated at everyone for no reason.

Stress gives a negative impact on health and we all know that health is wealth. Stress has the characteristic to slowly impact our health and body negatively which ultimately results in various health issues.

Taking proper actions at the proper time can stop it and help us to improve our health.

Stress creates all kinds of physical and emotional problems.

But no need to worry! I have a toolbox that can help us to overcome stress.

Let's see some stress-reducing activities that can be performed at home.

  1. Light an incense stick or spray a room freshener: Aroma plays an important role in human psychology. If you are feeling very stressed, just do one simple step that is lighting up an incense stick or a spraying room freshener. The Aroma in both will help to release negative energy and increase positive energy.
  2. Do some dance: dance like no one is watching you. If you are feeling very stressed or have a negative dance as you want, it works.
  3. Take an aromatic bath: from ancient times water is known for converting energy. Whenever you are feeling stressed take a bath by simply adding some drops of aromatic oil to the water. This helps to release negative energy and increase positive energy.
  4. Do some exercise: doing simple exercise can help to reduce & release stress from your body. A 10 minutes warm-up is also worth it.
  5. Go Cleaning: cleaning your house will help in multiple ways for reducing stress. Dusting and cleaning act as beneficial activities in removing stress.
  6. Do Yoga: 10 minutes of basic yoga will minimize your stress.
  7. Meditation: meditation with Om chants will help you to regain positive energy.
  8. Cooking: cooking is an act of doing something new, it helps to reduce stress. Cooking your favorite dish will automatically increase positive energy.
  9. Read Book: reading your favorite book will divert your mind from stress which indirectly will reduce your stress.
  10. Listen to soft music: listening to music will help in relaxation. Music will help to convert your negative energy into positive energy by simply shifting stress into relaxation.
