Ways To Deal With The Pandemic

No one had an idea that the pandemic would last this long ! . On one hand in the lockdown last year we were motivated towards learning new things. This time there wasn't any motivation for us to do something new or add up to our skills . People last year were all set for learning to do new chores for which they never got time . But on the contrary of that this year it was the other way round , it was more of a draining stage for our mental health . 

when last year we were excited about learning to cook , to clean , paint , dance and so much more . This year we all lost the energy to do so .

Here are a few ways to keep you on track for the unlock and get you going for normal and safe life ahead.

Wake up early -

yeah ! sounds vague right ! who gets up early in a pandemic midst the lockdown , but it's true if you wake up early and do your day to day chores on time - it keeps you healthy . Try catching on to tasks you have been avoiding because of your procrastination . 

Practice any form of exercise -

who would do that !? why not just sit back on your sofa and munch your snack while watching your favourite show ? but it' not what your body wants ! . Exercising helps your body to stay fit and healthy . we all know are movements have reduced so exercising to keep it healthy sounds like a plan !

Reduce your screen time - 

Our mobile phones have radiations which when used in excess might result in migration etc. In order to maintain a healthy living .Try avoiding mobile just after waking up . Instead try out something new you have always been too lazy to try out ! we should not use mobile phones for atleast 2 hours after we wake up .

Let's reduce our screen time !

Eat Healthy-

The most important and easiest way to be healthy is to eat healthy . Try out news ways to old recipes and make them in a healthier way. Try making your favourite junk food into something more healthy . Add more veggies to your food . proteins , carbohydrates and fats consume them all in a balanced amount . Remember a balanced diet  will lead to a balanced life.
