Most of the people advise us to visualize the dream which we want to achieve. The more we visualize , the more we will be nearer to our own dreams according to them.🙄 But the thing is most of them never teach us HOW MUCH WE SHOULD VISUALIZE ? 🧐,Yes! you guys heard right that is I am saying “How much ?” which should be the first priority to understand the concept of VISUALIZATION.

Look! motivation is good  and essential for the growth of our mental and physical functions and all of us better know that right? But TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS BAD IN THIS SURVIVAL WORLD THAT WE MUST ACCEPT AND INHALE FIRST🤯. Being too  much good sometimes make us trapped in vulnerable situations and we often scream," Why I fall in these kind of painful situations even if I am good in qualities 😣?" There, we question and doubt on ourselves which is ‘OUR PERSPECTIVE OF THINKING’.🤔

Have you ever notice this tiny hidden fact closely? Reply may be YES OR NO. But this is happening because of over-visualization of good goals sometimes create a kind of heroic movie where we would be the hero in our mind and we overwhelm often and our positive self-esteem coverts into negative Ego and .We think we will definitely win in the end like a hero.😶 But tell me one thing ‘Is it real or just an imaginary scene created by us ?’

Because of this over-visualization we sometimes slip away from our concentrated right tasks we daily have and we execute too and there start the worm of ‘PROCRASTINATION’ which sucks us regularly and we can't even control over it lately. So some people whom we think as inspiration tell us," Visualize your dreams, Imagine your winning moments and Never ever give up blah! blah! But at least tell us HOW MUCH we visualize or imagine ? There may be some limitations or conditions right ? I am afraid most of them never tell, I don't know why?🙄

Hence according to me, LITTLE MUCH OF VISUALIZATION OF STEPS YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE TO REACH YOUR GOALS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS. We should visualize and analyze our further step ups Not directly our END DESTINATION because Future is uncertain and different path may vary from time to time so no need to construct the entire road to destination at first as we don't know when we face potholes of problems on road  LATER, which may force us to change our direction or road to destination.😇

START DOING YOUR ACTIONS RIGHT NOW WITHOUT THINKING TOO MUCH OF YOUR DREAMS that's the ATTITUDE - I AM TALKING ABOUT OKAY. ALL THE BEST🦾
