Hello everyone!
I hope you all are doing fine.
As I said that from now on I will try to write at least 3 blogs in a week. So, here I am with my second blog for this week.
In the last 2 months I have realized the importance of balancing works and things in life. Though it was not at all easier in the initial days and even now some days I feel like giving up everything because it is not easy to balance things in work life and taking out some time for our self for our enjoyment. I know work is important, but caring for your self, which includes your enjoyment time too, is also equally important. Earlier I used to worry a lot for my work, but now I have realized that enjoying your life fully is as important as fulfilling your duties.
In beginning you might face difficulty in bringing balance between things, but as you will try to figure out between the types of work you have, you will gradually know the secret of balancing things in life. There are few things you can consider while trying to balance out things. First of all you need to have a time table and for that you need to know what things you should do first, then what work at second and so on. As in you have to learn prioritizing things in your life as per their significance amongst all your work.
Just making time-table won't do you any good. You need to follow that too. And don't think that once you have made a time-table, it will work for lifetime because you might need to change your priorities of work according to situations in your life. And of course don't forget to include some me-time and fun time in your time-table. Always remember that these days won't come back, and life won't be same when these days are gone. So enjoy as much as you can. Have some me-time, enjoy fully with your friends and family, and take care of yourself.
Taking care of your self is really important. No matter how much busy you are, but your health is of utmost importance, so you need to take it seriously. Never exert yourself to an extent where you might fall sick because then you won't be able to do anything. And to avoid this, do as much as your health permits, and not more than that.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.
