Hello everyone! In this blog is about emotions…

Anger:

Anger is a feeling that we experience when things get out of control or when something affects us negatively. We may feel angry when someone cuts us off while driving, yells at us, tries to take advantage of us, or does something else that makes us feel less than good about ourselves. When we're angry, our blood pressure goes up and our heart rate increases. Our breathing gets faster, and we might even start shaking. If anger continues over time, it can lead to anxiety and depression.

Anxiety:

Anxiety is fear that's not necessarily realistic. It's caused by negative thoughts that cause you to worry about real-life events that haven't happened yet. When you have anxiety, your muscles tense up and become tight, making it hard to breathe properly. You may even sweat, especially if you're worried about something really big. Anxiety can make you feel sick and dizzy, and your heart beats fast.

Fear:

Fear is what stops people from doing things they want to do or need to do. It keeps them safe and helps them avoid pain and discomfort. It also helps us protect ourselves from danger. Most of the time, when we think about fear, we think about something bad happening. Like, being chased by a monster or attacked by enemies. But, fear isn’t just something that happens to you. You can choose to act afraid or fearful of certain things. For example, you could decide to be scared of clowns because there was a scary movie about them once. Or, maybe you don’t let kids play near you because you were scared of getting hurt.

Love:

Love is a feeling of deep affection or attraction between two people, animals, or things. Feelings of love occur naturally in humans, along with many other species of mammals. In some instances, it may be difficult to distinguish between feelings of love and sexual desire. It is often associated with romantic love, although it is not limited exclusively to this type of relationship.

Hate:

Hate is the emotion felt towards someone or something when they do something wrong. It is derived from the Latin word 'hatredem', meaning 'to detest'. Hatred is different from anger. Anger is a short-term emotional reaction while hatred involves a long-term negative attitude or belief about someone or something. People who suffer from chronic mental disorders, including major depression and schizophrenia, find it difficult to experience normal levels of hate.

Jealousy:

Jealousy is a strong desire to possess what belongs to someone else. It is a form of envy. Envy is a social emotion, in contrast to jealousy, which is an individual emotion. Most often, it occurs when someone sees someone else have something he or she does not have. A person might feel jealous if his or her partner were to become attracted to another person. Jealousy is sometimes confused with possessiveness.

Pride:

Pride is the positive feeling you get when you accomplish something you consider to be important. You might get pride after winning something, being praised by other people, or learning something new. It is more than just satisfaction at doing well; it is the feeling of accomplishment.

Shame:

Shame is a feeling of disgrace or embarrassment. Someone who feels ashamed tries to hide their shamefulness. Shame is divided into three categories based on how the person feels about themselves: self-shame (which is caused by the bad thoughts that go through a person’s head), public shame (which comes from people judging them) and social shaming (which is based on others' opinions).
