Hello everyone! In this blog is about pros and cons of drinking tea….

Pros of drinking tea :

1.Tea is relaxing :

Tea has been used for thousands of years and is still being enjoyed today as a way to relax and unwind. Drinking tea can bring about feelings of relaxation, happiness and contentment. Many people use tea to reduce stress and improve moods, making it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to de-stress after a long hard day.

2.Tea has high amounts of caffeine:

Caffeine is a powerful stimulant that increases energy and concentration. Some people find that eating 1 cup of tea is enough to wake them up and keep them alert throughout the day. Enjoying a cup of tea first thing in the morning gives you an extra boost of energy and keeps you going throughtout the day.

3.Tea helps cleanse your blood stream :

According to Ayurveda (an ancient system of medicine) tea is said to be good for your heart and circulation. This is due to its high levels of antioxidants that help clear out free radicals from our body and keep us healthy. Free radicals are molecules that can damage cells, causing serious problems like cancer, diabetes, arthritis and other diseases.

4.Tea can improve brain functions:

It contains caffeine and L-theanine, two substances that increase blood flow to the brain. This makes the brain happier and less stressed out.

5.Tea has vitamins:

Tea is packed full of vitamin C, B Vitamins, Calcium, Iron and Magnesium. These vitamins give you energy, fight fatigue and strengthen bones.

Cons of drinking tea :

1. Tea can cause constipation if drunk too often:

The caffeine content in tea has been shown to cause nausea, vomiting, weakness, insomnia, headaches, and diarrhea. Due to this, many people avoid having tea at night. If you have been drinking tea throughout the day, try having your last cup before bedtime. If you still experience issues, then consider cutting back or eliminating tea from your diet altogether.

2. Drinking tea causes dehydration:

Tea contains high amounts of tannins that bind minerals like calcium and magnesium out of the body. In addition, the caffeine increases the need for water. When you drink tea, you should consume additional fluids to help flush out toxins from your system. This is especially true if you plan to drink tea everyday. Try having a glass of juice between two cups of tea to prevent dehydration.

3. Tea contains sugar:

Many varieties of tea contain large amounts of sugar. Some even claim to have zero grams of sugar per cup. However, this does not make them healthier options. The sugar content in these types of teas may contribute to tooth decay since they increase the acidity level of the mouth. They also add calories to your daily intake. Consider drinking green tea instead of regular black tea. Green tea only contains trace amounts of sugar.

Thank you……
