Here the top 5 healthy drinks :

1.watermelon milkshake :

Watermelon milkshake is a perfect blend of fresh watermelon and milk.It's a very cool and refreshing drink. 

We all like to have watermelon as it is but try this smoothie recipe which is very delicious and healthy.

Ingredients :

1.Frozen watermelon pieces - 3 cups

2.Chilled milk - 1 cup

3. Sugar - 3 tbsp

Preparation :

1.Process the watermelon dices and milk together in a blender until smooth.

2.Add sugar and blend for another 10 seconds.

3.Pour into tall glasses.

4.Top glass with a slice of watermelon.

5.Tasty Watermelon Milkshake is ready.

Benefits :

2.cold coffee :

Frosty and satisfying cold coffee is a fantastic treat to enjoy on a warm day.

Icy cold coffee is simply the best beverage to enjoy on a hot summer day.

Ingredients :

1.Coffee powder preferably pure and instant coffee - 2 tablespoon.

2.Brown sugar - 4 table spoon.

3.Milk - 3 cups.

4.Chocolate syrup - As Required.

5.Hot water - 3 table spoon.

6.Cream - 2-3 teaspoons.

7.Cinnamon - powdered ¼ teaspoon (optional).

Preparation :

1.In a small bowl, take the coffee powder.

2.Add in the required sugar in to it.

3.Pour the hot water in to it.

4.Mix it properly so that maximum sugar should be soluble in it.

5.This is your coffee syrup.

6.In a mixer grinder jar, take the frozen milk with ice slushes in it, add ice cream in to it.

7.Cover it and blend it properly to form enough of froth in it.

8. In a serving glass add chocolate on the sided in a nice pattern.

9.Add the frothy milk in to it.

10.Add cream on top of it to garnish.

11.Serve Cold.

3.Buttermilk :

Buttermilk is a delightfully simple summer cooler and the perfect thirst-quencher. It is known by different names in India – in some parts, it is called lassi, and in other parts, chaas.

Ingredients :

1.500 g Thick curd

2.3 cups Water

3.1 teaspoon Salt

4.1 Green chilli (Chopped)

5.15-20 Curry leaves (Chopped)

6.1 inch Ginger

Preparation :

1.Whisk curd till it is smooth and creamy.

2.Add water and mix well.

3.Add salt, green chilli, curry leaves and ginger in the curd mixture.

4.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the flavours to get infused.

4. coconut lime juice :

Coconut Lime Juice is a different, tasty, energetic drink or beverage which is essential to consume during summer to keep your body hydrated.

Ingredients :

1.1/2 Cup Grated coconut

2.1 Small piece ginger

3.3 Nos. Cardamom 

4.3 Tbsp sugar 

5.1 Nos. Lemon

6.1/2 Ltr water

7.Ice Cubes As required

Preparation :

1.Mix grated coconut ,ginger and cardamom in a blender,blend it for a few seconds.

2.strain it and keep aside.

3.Then take a bowl and add water, sugar and mix well. 

4.Then pour the juice of one lime.

5.Finally pour the coconut milk water.

6.mix well.

7.Coconut Lime juice is ready now.

5. cucumber juice :

Cucumber Juice is a refreshing drink that quenches thirst well on a hot day. 

Ingredients :

  1. Cucumber - 2 Nos
  2. Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger - 1 small piece
  4. Water - 250 ml
  5. Sugar - 4 tsp
  6. Ice cubes - 3 nos

Preparation :

1.Wash and peel off cucumber skin.

2.Cut the cucumber into small pieces.

3.Remove the skin of the ginger and clean with water.

4.Cut the ginger into small pieces.

5.Take a blender and add cucumber pieces, lime juice, ginger pieces, sugar and water. 

6.Blend it for 3 minutes.

7.Strain the juice with a strainer and pour the juice into a glass and add ice cubes.

8.Tasty Cucumber Juice is ready.

9. Serve chilled.
