Olive oil:

Nuts and seeds are excellent sources of protein and healthy fats that may reduce the risk of coronary artery disease. Eating nuts and seeds helps protect against diabetes. Research suggests that eating walnuts and almonds can reduce bad LDL cholesterol. Walnut and almond consumption may also have positive effects on triglyceride levels.
Salmon:
Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine showed that people who ate fish three times per week had significantly reduced stroke and cardiac deaths than those who did not eat seafood at least once per week. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for maintaining brain function and reducing inflammation.

Whole grains are complex carbohydrate combinations of bran, germ, endosperm, and starchy portion. Whole grain products are higher in fiber, iron, magnesium, and folate. Whole grains help control weight and prevent insulin resistance.
Fruits:
Fruits are the best food that can be eaten to improve the heart health. When we eat fruits, the body gets the vitamins and minerals along with fiber which help in keeping the cholesterol levels under control.Eating fruits helps in fighting heart diseases and strokes.
Dairy products:
Dairy products like milk, cheese, butter etc. contain high amount of calcium, vitamin D, protein and saturated fat which are considered as the heart friendly foods.
