Watermelon - A Short Story

Hey guys,

Hope you are all doing great and having a great time.

Today I would like to tell you a short story.

It won't take much of your time.

Maybe you might have heard it before or it may bring a smile on your face.

Whatever it is for sure it will remind you of your childhood.

Ever remember when you ate a watermelon and someone elder to you warned you not to eat the seeds.

Today my story is based on this nightmare of every kid.

So without any delay let's start.

Once upon a time there lived a small boy who came back tired from school.

Seeing him tired his mother decided to cut open a watermelon and give him to eat.

She kept it on the table after cutting it and warned him not to eat the seeds.

The little boy didn't pay much attention to what his mother said and instead ate the seeds.

The seed went straight to his tummy and started growing.

The next morning when he woke up he saw that there was a plant coming out from his nose.

He went to school and realised it just kept getting bigger and bigger.

He was taken to the principals cabin and the plants were cut off.

Instead of blood rolling down his nose it was watermelon juice.

The boy wasn't worried about his situation.

The next day at school he had to run a marathon but since he was so round because he had turned into a watermelon itself, he rolled over the ground and won the race.

He was so happy that he slid down the slide and was swinging on the swing until he realised that he fell of the swing and landed directly on the ground and burst opened.

It was the end of the boy.

But the story doesn't end here.

Other kids at the playground ate the watermelon and their seeds as well.

They too continued to grow plants through their nose and the cycle continued  and continued and never ends.

I hope this reminded you about your own childhood.

Memories refreshed and a big big smile on your faces.

I'm sure at some point each of you'll have experienced such a horrible lie.

People who loves you decided to pull your leg a little and make you  believe something that was not real.

Hope you enjoyed.

Please do read my blogs and keep supporting me.
