Day 4- 26th December 2020

We started off from Shimla on this day after having a good breakfast. This was a long journey so we also carried some bread with us. We carried dry fruits and oranges with us so that we can have them when hungry. 

On the way , the road was rough at places and due to height some of our group members faced vomiting tendencies.

Do's- Don't forget to carry some essential medicines with you. Carry glucose and soda water if possible.

Day-5 (27th December 2020 )

1)We visited the mall at this day after having a happy breakfast from our hotel. The mall is the greatest attraction of Manali too. This is an ideal place for shopping . We shopped a lot here.

You can also buy the singing bowls from the mall (best available in the underground market area) .

2) Then we visited the local monastery where we found little snow also . There is a beautiful lawn in-front of the monastery where your can enjoy the natural beauty of the place. Its a beautiful place to spend your time. 

3) Then we headed towards the temple. The unique thing about the temple is that the wood craft on the walls of the temple is unique. The mountain view is awesome from this temple. You can also do a huge lot of shopping from this place.

Day-6 (28th December)

On this day we woke up at 4.30 a.m. because we were badly excited to visit Solang valley. And that lead us to the greatest of all surprises at Himachal , this December. My husband was the first person in our team to discover the massive snowfall .

                                                        We were eagerly waiting to see the snowfall of December and we were lucky enough to find the snowfall at the coolest month of the year. We went down with our cameras and phones to click pictures, videos and make video calls. We were extremely excited to share our joy with our near and dear ones. I called my family immediately after touching the milk white snow. We played beautiful romantic music. We started playing with ice. My husband made the coolest snowman in our hotel lawn. I will surely share the pics . We enjoyed to our fullest in Manali. After the lockdown and after months of staying at home we could ultimately experience some freshness in the snow. But one bad thing is that we could not go to Solang  Valley because the road was closed. 

                             Then we visited the Mall again for another small shopping trip. And I suggest you please have the ‘ hot sweet corn’ from the mall area. The sweetest corn you can have from that area. It was a treat for us. Then we went  to the club house for some rest and for having our lunch. There is a shopping store inside the clubhouse. Some of the things are very costly here so its not advisable to buy things if you wanna get something cheaper.

                                        You can also try the ‘trout fish’ in the clubhouse. Its a very famous fish item offered in Manali.
