In these times of staying at home most of us have tried our hands on many new things.
Today I would like to share with you my personal favorite recipe and I'm sure it'll become your favorite too… .. . . … . . . . Unless your not a cheese lover.
Everyone loves food and everyone loves eating.
Does it so happen to anybody that there is a tasty dish prepared for you and you just ignore it without drooling over it.
And when I say cheese I'm sure most can't resist it.
Its simple and easy to make a grilled sandwich.
I don't really know the definition of a perfect grilled cheese sandwich but I guess it's perfect for me.
So without any waste of time lets begin.
You'll need these simple ingredients:

So let's begin.
Procedure:
To begin with add some butter to the pan and let it melt.
Now take some garlic cloves and peel the skin and cut them into fine pieces.
Maybe everyone wouldn't like garlic so much so no need to force yourself.
Just don't put it if u don't want.
Then fry the garlic in the butter for a few seconds or minutes till the raw smell goes away.
Now add in d slice of bread and toast it a little bit.
Now add a slice of cheese on one slice of the bread and top it up with another slice of bread.
You can also add some oregano .
Keep the bread in the pan for a few more minutes on low flame until you see your bread turn nice and golden .
Not only you but everyone in the house will wonder what is going to be there for food.
Just try it out.
You will be surprised that you could have made such a tasty recipe for your family .
Even if your not the cooking type of person you must try this.
The best part is when you see the cheese melting and coming down the bread.
