Habits that will Balance Your life

As we know habits play a very important role in our life. By knowing the habits of a person we can predict the future so choose your habits wisely. If you know all this information but can't implementing or not performing it into action i.e. information obvious will got wasted. Today I share with you some habits which make your life balanced. As we know balance is the most important factor.

1.Reading only 

Yeah, this helps a lot to gather information and the life experiences of famous personalities. You can read your favorite books. Personally, I prefer self-help and financial books. From books, we can learn a lot and then apply it to our life. Reading daily makes your mind sharper. If you do not have a habit of reading books you can start from 3-5 Pages per day This is all about Reading.

2. Meditation 

As I mentioned in a previous blog that we do exercise for our physical shape/ body but we ignore mental exercise. In fact, mental peace is more important. As we talking about balance so to balance our mental health meditation is the first way to improve your mental health. By meditation, we will always stay cool and calm. I know you don't have experience in meditation. 

Let me simplify the complicated situation see If you do not the habit of meditation obvious it takes some time to become a daily habit of ours. You can start with 5-10 min as a beginner further in the future you can increase the time. Personally, my now timing for meditation is 25 to 30 minutes in the morning. For beginners, guided meditation is best.

3. Exercise

It keeps you in shape and maintains your mental heath also. There are many types of exercise, choose with your preference. If you don't have sufficient time to exercise you can do stretching. It helps you to strengthen your power of the body and keeps you away from diseases. You wouldn't all fall ill easily if you doing exercise daily!

Let me give you one tip for making habit of exercise daily and for procrastination. As a  beginner, you started going gym or doing a home workout, on the 5th or 6th day you do procrastinate as you don't have the mood of doing exercise So for this, you start thinking that I just exercise for 5-10 minutes. It helps you to trick start your exercise. By This mindset, your procrastination habit had been delayed.

4. Make Journal

It is a simple way to track your daily activities and performance yourself. It helps you so much for balancing out life, by spending time in writing Journal is a different kind of feeling. It generally improved your mental health also. There are many ideas or things about you can write on journal dairy. Personally, I write the things like what I want to achieve, My day to day challenges, things to do in the future. It is a very important task for sele care of self-love routine.

5. Minimalist Entertainment 

Especially at the time of this pandemic, we started watching entertainment videos, gossiping with friends so much that is not good for our mind or by seeing mobile phone continuously will put a bad effect on our eyes. So by minimal entertainment or by reducing the usage of smartphones is good for our lifestyle. Of course, we have to attend online classes on a smartphone but manage yours according to your schedule. So by reducing usage you find that pressure on mind reduced as compared to first.

6. Thinking in Question

As we know if we want to find how much a person is intelligent or if we want to check IQ level simply observe what kind of question she/he asking. By asking questioning yourself is the way to increase your intelligence. Simply start giving 10-15 min in a day to make this habit. It will change your life.

7.Share Everything which you know

As we discuss thinking in question. Now to increase your knowledge and understanding you start sharing what you know. If you are good at sports then share the knowledge with your friends. You can choose the way acc. to your preference. If you like to make videos then go for it. So that's why I started blogging and youtube for my growth also...

So these are some habits which will help you to balance your mental as well physical health life. So I hope these habits will push you. I am 100% sure if you started following these habits then your lifestyle will be on another level. You are absolutely become a totally different person. Thank you for reading Have a nice day!
