1 Mix Veg Soup:-

To make it, mix carrot, spinach, tomato, capsicum, peas, and peeled moong dal. Add bay leaves, cloves, onion and garlic, and water and bring it to a boil. 2 Tomato soup:-
Constipation will not happen, drinking tomato soup daily strengthens the digestive system and there is no complaint of constipation. Tomatoes contain lycopene which acts like sunscreen for the skin. 4 Mushroom soup:-
Relief in diabetes This soup is beneficial for diabetics. It contains lean protein which helps in weight loss. The vitamins, minerals, and fiber present in it make the heart strong. To make soup, heat oil in a vessel, fry ginger, garlic, and onion, now fry finely chopped mushrooms, add salt, pepper, and water, and cook.
5 Spinach Soup:-
Cleansing the intestines This soup contains iron and calcium, which increases the amount of blood in the body. It also benefits liver diseases and cleanses the intestines. To make spinach soup, boil tomatoes and salt in it, but do not add too much water because it also contains water naturally. If you want, you can also add cabbage and gourd to it, this will increase the amount of fiber in the soup.

1 Always cook the soup by covering it so that the nutrients of vegetables and lentils are present in it.
2 Do not add butter and flour to thicken the soup, it increases the number of calories but children can add cream, butter.
3 After making soup, do not throw the vegetables, but mash them and make vegetables, paratha, pav bhaji, etc.
4 Market soup is dry, so vitamin B and other vitamins get spoiled by this, so market soup should not be used.
