 Sleep is necessary for good health, but this does not mean that for this, you should start using it directly.  Yes, some people make many such assumptions about sleep.  which have no scientific basis.  Let's know some myths and their truths related to sleep. 

 1 Myth:-

 Eight hours of sleep every day is essential for a healthy life.  

Truth:-

 Psychiatrists say that it is not necessary that you sleep only eight hours a day for a healthy life.  The needs are different according to everybody, usually, every healthy person can take 6 to 9 hours of sleep according to the needs of his body.

2 Myth:-

The more you sleep, the more stress-free you are. 

 Truth:-

 It is absolutely wrong to think that people who sleep more are stress-free.  In fact, sleeping too much is a major and common symptom of depression. 

3 Myth:-

There is no problem in meeting the fatigue and sleep quota for the week. 

Truth:- 

If you sleep and sleep late on weekends then it is a dangerous alarm for your health.  According to psychiatrists, in today's lifestyle, this attitude of ours badly affects the body clock, which is not good for health at all.

4 Myth:- 

Drinking coffee in the afternoon has nothing to do with sleep at night.  

Truth:-

 If you take more amount of coffee during the day thinking then it may have an effect on your sleep even at night.  Doctors believe that the caffeine particles present in coffee remain in the blood for 12 hours, so its effect lasts longer.  

5 Myth:-

 Snoring is a sign of restful sleep.  

Fact:-

 The reason for snoring is not because you are in deep sleep, but because of vibration in the soft tissue of the nostril or due to a lack of oxygen to the brain, a person snores.  

6 Myth:-

 Consumption of alcohol leads to deep sleep.  

Truth:-

 Alcohol has the opposite effect on sleep.  In many pieces of research, alcohol consumption has also been described as a cause of insomnia.

7  Myth:-

Sleeping for a while during the day leads to a poor night's sleep.  

Truth:-

 Taking 20 to 30 minutes of light sleep during the day does not spoil the night's sleep, but during the day the fatigue goes away and you feel refreshed.
