To make our place in the business world, we often need the mentorship of some experienced person.  As long as this mentor gives you the right direction at every step, you feel carefree in a way, but when the path of this mentor separates from you, then at such a time, take care of yourself and move forward.  You have to do it yourself. 

 Remember Competence:- 

First of all, remember why you used to enjoy working under the mentorship of your mentor.  The most important reason for this is that the mentor is your He understands your ability very well, so he knows how to take work from you according to your abilities.  

Now all you have to do is not forget the abilities that you developed under their mentorship after they are gone.  Get the courage to take on new projects while constantly working on those abilities.  Just as your mentor used to show faith in you, show the same faith in yourself.

But the biggest advantage of mentorship is that it makes you more and more contacts in the field.  There is little benefit to his personal identity, but the real benefit comes from his experience, on the basis of which he teaches you to find the right person.  

Now that you don't have a mentor, try to increase your network by paying attention to all the contact lessons taught by him.  If you don't increase networking after the mentor leaves, then their departure will be a big loss.  

Find new experiences: - 

If you believe that you must take the help of an experienced mentor to understand the nuances of the business world, then you can hire a new mentor.  Before hiring a new mentor, make them aware of the company's needs and requirements, etc.

Due to avidya, a pervasive soul broke into fragments and became mind, life-speech.  Self Pt.  Madhusudan Ojha has written that due to this three forms of avidya are also formed.  The avidya that joins the mind is called the Kama, the union of Karma with Prana, and the combination of speech is called Klesha.  Tribulation and Venus are also synonyms.  There are only three senses in Vidya.  

In the speech part of the soul, the effect of desire on the mind, the effect of life is called tapas.  The new form of speech that is formed due to desire and austerity is called labor, without these three nothing happens.  Because of desire in the mind, each atom attacks other atoms.  creates conflict.  Because of this, the atoms become dead.  This is called tapa.  This is how a new form is created.  

This process is called labor.  In the same way, desires keep on rising, the process of heating continues and creation progresses in different forms.  We know that the creation begins with the Avaya Purusha.
