 Many people start their resume by putting an objective key in which they explain why they want to work here.  Such things have a bad effect on the employer.
 

Tell the complete experience: - 

When you tell about your work experience, then in it you have to say that you have worked in the newspaper.  That's not enough to say.  You must state whether you did reporting or desk work.  Now when you were reporting, what kind of news did you do?  In this way, describe your experience in a point-by-point manner.  The more accurate you present your point, the more you will benefit.  Your presentation can secure your job.  

What were the results: -

 What were the responsibilities you had in your previous job, more important than this is to know how did you fulfilled them?  Therefore, giving a new touch to the resume, write all those achievements in it, which you have achieved during the job.  This will give the employer a chance to know a lot about you.
 

Hobbies are necessary: ​​-

 Seeing the column of hobbies in the resume, people fill all the dance, singing, book reading, whatever they get.  this is not right.  In this column, write only those hobbies, which are going to be beneficial for your job.  Think of it in such a way that your singing proficiency in the post of IT Engineer is not going to work anywhere.  So try to highlight the hobbies related to the field.  This will give the employer an extra quality in you. 

 Easy to read:-

 Most resumes are sent online these days.  In this case, use the same fonts which can be read on all computers.  Apart from this, the kind of file in which they are sent, it is also necessary to support them on every computer.  If your resume is not open at all, then all further possibilities will be lost.
