A. 75 percent of Indians suffer from Vitamin D deficiency: -

In 2020, research conducted in 81 cities of the country found that 76 percent of Indians are Vitamin D deficient.  This deficiency was found maximum in the youth of 18-30 years.

Vitamin D deficiency affects physical growth, metabolic function, immunity, bones, and mental health.  Depression, mood swings, anxiety, and sleep problems increase.  This also increases the risk of diabetes.

Why is there a shortage?  Outdoor activity event, consumption of ultra-processed food, pollution, and the dark color of the skin is also a reason for this.  Apart from this, some digestive and gastrointestinal disorders also prevent its absorption.

Vitamin D dissolves with fat:-

• Include Vitamin D-rich things in a full diet:-

According to the Cleveland Clinic, people who include Vitamin-D-rich foods in lunch and dinner can reduce their deficiency in about 3 months.  Up to 50 percent can be completed.

 • Healthy Fat is necessary:-

Vitamin D is soluble in fat.  For its more absorption, including full-fat milk, nuts, eggs, and dairy products in the food.

• Whole grains and leafy vegetables increase absorption: -

According to the General of the American Osteopathy Association, magnesium-rich things in the food activate the body and help it absorb vitamin D.  Pulses, whole grains, and leafy vegetables can be included in the food.

B. Try to meet your inner human:-

God has created a unique toy called human.  An invisible key has also been given in the hand of the toy and the advantage is that the key has to be attached to the toy itself.  If you put the key straight, then God will be seen inside the same person and if you put the key upside down, then the devil will start appearing in the same person.  That's why God has said that man to man relationship should be on the basis of karma and not on the basis of religion.  When Shri Ram was seated on the throne, before that Ram met his brothers, met relatives, met ordinary people, but when Vashisht ji saw that Ram was ready, he called for a throne which was as bright as the sun and Ram was sitting on that throne.  Sitting on  But what Ram did before sitting down becomes the message that he made the Brahmins bow their heads.  ' Rabi sam tej so barni na jaye.  Sitting Ram Dwijanh Siru Nai '.  Now Shriram, Vashisht and Tulsidasji are praising Brahmins here, it is not so.  He is just telling that whoever has the work, if he does it properly, then he is respected.  The quarrel between Brahmin, Baniya, Shudra or other people has been created by man.  Since we are not able to meet our inner person properly, then we will differentiate between the outside people.  Brahman is a conduct that takes us nearer to the truth.  Ram is respecting them and we should also learn the same.
