TEACHERS ARE THE SECOND PARENTS OF EACH AND EVERY CHILD. THERE IS A FAMOUS SAYING THAT, “ONE TEACHER  ONE CHILD ONE BOOK ONE PEN CAN CHANGE THE WORLD” WHICH IS A TRUE FACT. TEACHERS GIVE EVERY CHILD WITH BEST GIFT OF ALL. THEY ENCOURAGE THE LITTLE MINDS TO THINK, CREATE, LEARN, AND TO LOVE. 

TEACHERS ARE THE BLESSINGS OF EACH AND EVERY STUDENTS WHO HAVE THEM, THERE ARE CHILDREN WHO DID NOT GET THAT BLESSINGS YET.  

Though teachers are the second parents, there are some teachers who don't value that position though. A truly great teacher is hard to find. Teachers have the power to change a child's whole life, it can be his/her character, academics, emotional capacity, naughtiness, even the child's personal life. In short teachers can transform a child's whole life in the beginning itself. 

Here I am giving a few tips to the teachers ( even though I am not a teacher, I am a student who have met lots of good teachers and not so good teachers and I am giving these tips from my own experience.)

• TREAT THE STUDENT AS YOUR CHILD - I have seen many teachers who are in teaching profession only for the sake of the job without showing intimacy to the children. They just teach, give works, and if they don't do it they give punishments. Never do that. TREAT THEM AS YOUR CHILD IT CAN TRANSFORM A STUNDENT'S LIFE FOREVER.
• UNDERSTAND YOUR STUDENT - All the students are having different backgrounds. May be some of them are from happiest or sad family background and may be from rich or poor family background. So all their character will not be nice. Understand them and you the teachers can help them. 
• DON'T BE PARTIAL - It hurts. I have seen a few teachers who is partial to the children who gives extra love, care and intimacy to a certain group of children. PLEASE DON'T EVER DO THAT BECAUSE IT REALLY HURTS. 
• GRADING CHILDREN - Grading children like good, bad, worst, excellent and so on, this not nice. If a student is backward in his academics don't insult them better try to figure out what is his problem and then help the child. 

To conclude, I am sure that there are many number of excellent teachers who understand their children and who help their students for their brighter future and take care them as their own child. I have a huge respect and gratitude to those teachers who are becoming parents to their students. Here I am taking the opportunity to thank all the true teachers who helped me in my academics, arts, sports, and even in  my struggles. THANK YOU
