Lets just start with some self help & development. Feeling empty within yourself is an experience which quite a lot of you will relate to. You do not know what to do, where to go asking for help. It comes to a point where you don't even want to get out of the bed, there is a lack of energy, motivation. There is a fear of how will it be, surviving today. This feeling has no definition or term, it is just there hanging around you for a couple of days. You can do nothing about it but sit there and watch time pass by. Well the best thing about time is that it always passes and never stops. I really like how humans have created this concept of time and clocks. But in reality there should be no clocks, we have been conditioned to live according to the 24 hours of the day provided to us. Otherwise it could have been you living on your own terms, deciding of how long you want your day to be. I would have chosen my day to be 25 hour long, just because I like the number, or I could have shortened it to 20 hours. But again the question arises, "Do I want 1 hour to be of 60 minutes?" followed by, βCan I change the number of seconds in a minute to 50?β. Yes, as I said, it really will bring chaos if people started doing this. That is why we follow the clock since, let's just say pretty long time. Now as Time doesn't stop, it gives us an opportunity to move ahead, age, grow, move on, experience, feel lots of different things. So with that this feeling of emptiness has to pass away too. It might take 2 days for a person and a week for another. And that is completely okay because it varies from person to person, it never ever tells one of his weakness. In-fact it showcases the strength that you have within yourself to survive with this dark, empty feeling for so long.
