Friendship is a mutual relationship between two individuals. It is a form of interpersonal connection where two people feel comfortable sharing and discussing about their feelings, views and everything under the sun which they are not able to talk with their immediate family. Good friend is someone whom you can always count upon and who is always there to give you good advice if you need any. Friendship happens when both people reciprocate the same behaviour towards one another.

Friends are someone who we choose ourselves irrespective of religion, age, gender and social status. They are amongst those people who are our confidante, well wisher and care for us in every way. Who are happy in our success and are consoling us when we are going through a tough time. Of course, it takes time for us to believe someone is our friend as trust is built in its own due time, by looking at their actions, behaviour and knowing them inside out which helps to decide whether we can treat that person as friend or not. 

Best friends give you the guidance whenever it is required. They help us in understanding whether what we are doing is right or not. True friends always make time for you and listen to whatever you want to say. They are always honest with you and don’t mind telling you what and where you are doing wrong. They always push you to be a better person in your life. Friends are someone that we are always dependent on. Someone who talk about their love life, breakups without any validation. It is a companionship for life, and it breaks up only when one person is not living anymore. 

Having guy friends has its own advantages for girls in their life. Being a guy, they know what other guys are thinking about girls and they are always telling you when a girl is going on a date with another guy whether he is worth their time or not. They also give you a sense of confidence that you can do things which otherwise your family is always saying no to. Same thing goes for guys when they have a friend who is a girl wherein, she can tell them whether the girl they are with is serious about the relationship or is taking it just as casual.

Individuals are lucky if they are having at least one best friend in their life who will be there with them till the end of it.
