Loving yourself entails developing a positive attitude towards yourself. You should provide yourself with physical and emotional assistance. It is not a set date, but it can grow through time due to acts that lead to maturity. Self-love might take a long time to develop, but it's an essential step in enriching your mental health and overall happiness.

Self-love is something greater than attempting to redefine yourself. When you unconditionally love yourself, your perspective turns to one of love and prosperity. It gives you more serenity, courage and contentment, which provides you with greater power. Ultimately, your attitude shifts from negativity to positivity when you feel powerful, and you draw more uplifting people and experiences into your life.

Never beat yourself up over previous mistakes, regrets or anything else your mind is trying to ruin you. Instead, remove all the evils from your mind; you deserve to be joyful and loved! If you ever feel lonely, look up into the sky because you never know who else is looking up at the same time, perhaps feeling the same way!

Every morning, greet yourself with love and gratitude, thanking yourself for everything you are and telling yourself, "I adore being ME!'' Only when you totally love yourself life will reflect your thoughts and feelings back to you.

Always remember that the universe took its time in crafting you to provide the world with something distinct from the rest. When you are unsure how or why you were crafted, you ultimately doubt the more incredible energy than all of us. Therefore, always be cheerful, joyous and firmly believe that you are the only companion with yourself on the road of life till the destination. Make others know your worth, and for all the entangled situations you in, stop blaming yourself. 

Tips to practice Self-Love:

  1. Forgive yourself - Do not always try to be perfect because you are a human after all. Instead, learn from your mistakes and treat them as opportunities for you to grow.
  2. Be mindful - Set the goals which you really want to rather than the ones pushed by society. Arm yourself with self-knowledge, take time to self-reflect. 
  3. Act on what you need - Identify the things that make you feel better versus the things that make you feel worse. Know what you really need and take action accordingly.
  4. Protect yourself - Bring those people into your life who will be supportive and contribute to your mental, emotional and spiritual health rather than tearing it apart.
  5. Live intentionally - Make choices that help you move towards your goals.
  6. Show up for yourself - Show yourself kindness and compassion by acknowledging the efforts you put in carrying out a task and the amount you have done.

In all aspects of your life, you will be able to attract more of what you desire. It's now or never to make a name for yourself. It's your time to shine! To create the life of your goals, love and completely trust yourself! SHINE BRIGHT and LOVE YOURSELF :)
