Journey To Healthy Lifestyle.

Everyone wants to follow a healthy lifestyle, wants to have beautiful and glowing skin, follow healthy diet but the journey to achieve is extremely tough and it is really difficult to find the ideal healthy lifestyle for oneself.

I too is one of many who really wants to have a healthy lifestyle with good skin and body but I am still trying to find my own healthy routine. My body and skin is different from the influencers, my diet and place is also different from them. I grew up eating different foods from them, what they call healthy might not be available in our place or my body might not accept it. So, I took up the task to find myself a healthy diet and lifestyle instead of following what the influences says so.

I am not defaming any influencers, they may be right but most of the time our body works differently. My body accept some the advices but some do not. So, I thought to myself that why do I not to some research and study my own body, so that I can find my own healthy way of living and diet. Everyday is a journey on finding what is right for us, we learn new things everyday as an adult too. Sometimes it might be wrong but there is no harm in correcting ourselves and adapting. 

I would love to have salad as my meal, for I love vegetables, but my stomach cannot accept only raw vegetables for I grew up having rice as my meal and salads are just side dishes. I tried having it as my meal with boil egg and for few days my stomach was not feeling good. I even tried having fruit salad too as my meal, it too gave me a same result as we usually take fruit salad as a dessert after a meal. My body has been adapted in having rice or roti as my meal, trying to skip it or replace it with something else makes my body more unhealthy. I do take my vegetables but it is usually cooked. We love having boiled vegetables as our side dish everyday, but raw vegetables as a meal is a no go for me now. 

Just like that what my body can accept cannot be accept by another. So I hope young kids and young adults, everyone, that internet is really helpful that is where I research about diets and food but I hope that there is a realization that not everything that is put up in internet is correct or that we need to follow it. 

Accepting what our body accepts as healthy is more healthy to us.
