Finding the correct summer color is critical for both appearing great and staying cool. While everyone's sense of style id different, it's typically best to wear brighter hues in the warmer seasons. Darker hues might cause to overheat, especially on hot or humid days. While dressing for the season is important, so is wearing particular colors - they make a big impact.

That being said, it's a bit of a catch : bright colors are better at absorbing heat, while light hues are better at blocking UV radiation. Thick, black cloak like fabrics appear to be superior at insulating against heat, yet thin black materials absorb heat at a rapid and accelerated pace.

I recommend wearing light clothing and adding SPF protection to your skin in the form of sunscreen because it would be exceedingly uncomfortable for most people to always wear these dark garments in sunny situations. On days when it's hot, try wearing different black outfits to see whether it keeps you from becoming burnt.

Don't Wear:

Black

This is the very worst color to wear in the summer, especially when the sun is shining. Clothes in black absorb more heat than cloth in white. Absorbing extra heat implies feeling sweaty, lethargic, and overall just not down to do anything. This may ruin a nice day or evening out, and it can even lead to heat stroke.

Gray

While gray may keep you cool hot weather. it isn't particularly forgiving because it shows perspiration stains rapidly. This goes for both light and dark greys. Don't get tagged online in a sweaty pic – avoid gray!

Dark greens, browns and purples

Aesthetically, all these colors are more suitable for the colder months, and they also look better in fall and winter. Opt for light neutrals, pops of color, and pastels during the summer instead, staying away from these dark tones.

Do Wear:

White

Sweat stains aren't particularly noticeable, but when the sun's rays are beating down om you relentlessly. Plus white is always such a crisp and fresh look for summer.

Pastels

Choosing the right pastels for your skin tone can add a pop of color without overheating you in warm weather. They are subtle and can be combined if you're looking to experiment with color in a way that's not overwhelming – Think Floral Prints!

Blue

If you don't want to wear black or white, consider blue, which offers a certain amount of UV protection. Of course, shades of blue make a big difference, but denim is a fabric that can be worn in many seasons and comes in different levels of thickness. In fact, the Skin Cancer Foundation has rated Denim highly when it comes to skin protection.

What kind of weave and fabrics to look for in your summer clothes?

I found that I was particular about, so which clothes should I wear in this shade? Stick to light and relaxed silhouette with fabrics such as cotton, linen, eucalyptus and bamboo. Loose Clothes will keep you cooler since it allows more air to pass over and around your body. stay away from tight clothes made of fiber such as spandex and other non-breathable fabrics like polyester.

Wear hat this summer

Wearing a wide-brimmed hat or walking around with parasols is a great way to double skin protection with SPF products while adding Hollywood charm. These accessories can make your clothes even more stylish. You can rock the cap at any time but whatever side doesn't have the brim won't be as protected(i.e., Your face or the back of your neck).

The Ice Cube Test

Don't believe us? Put an ice cube on a dark piece of clothing and another one on a cloth which is bright sunlight. You'll quickly notice that the ice melts faster on the dark piece of cloth – significantly faster than the white one.

Psychological Factors

Did you know that white clothing creates a psychological effect because white is commonly associated with being cool, clean and light. Just Looking at the Black color will make you sweat on a humid day
