How To Make Delicious Garlic Rice In Just 10 Minutes๐Ÿš๐Ÿ›

Hello and welcome back to my daily blog. So today learnt making this really tasty garlic rice dish. I swear it's mouth watering ๐Ÿ˜‹.

First things first INDGRIDIENTS:

  • BASMATI RICE (OR ANY OTHER RICE)
  • GARLIC (CHOPPED IN SMALL PIECES)
  • ONE SPOON OF CUMIN SEED (ALSO KNOWN AS JEERA)
  • NICELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • 2-3 SPOON GHEE.

Yess!!! That's it. That's all you need. Now let's get into the steps of making this delicious, yummy, mouthwatering dish. Start by cooking the rice in Cooker it's preferable if you cook it openly. Openly means let the rice be boiled in cooker without putting up a lid. Also don't forget to add salt in rice.

STEP 1: Take a bowl pour some 2-3 spoon Ghee in it and turn the flame on.

STEP 2: After the ghee is heated add some CUMIN SEEDS (jeera) and GARLIC CHOPPED IN SMALL PIECES.

STEP 3: let the garlic turn brownish red and  turn the flame off.

Now add this garlic and cumin mixture into the rice. Mix it well with the rice and decorate it with some CORIANDER topping.

Here is your tasty and healthy rice ready. It is very easy and quick to make. It can be served with some nice Daal or Rajma.

This recipe is so easy that it can be made for evening snack, Fancy dinner or a party. This rice has many health benefits like it includes jeera which helps digestion, coriander is good for your eyes it provides coolness to your body. And garlic is good for your heart. Also in this covid time eating such healthy food is very essential. This dish will surely give you a restaurant dish vibes nd it's 100% safe as you are cooking food at home. You can enjoy this delicious restaurant like dish at home even during this pandemic and lockdown scenario.

Another benefit of making this dish is it is life-saver for office going people as it can be cooked so fast they can take Tiffin along with them. Not just a tiffin but a healthy and tasty tiffin.

So isn't this the best recipe which has healthy benefits plus it is so good in taste. So this is what i learnt today related to cooking. Truly enjoyed making this for the first time and i loved the result.
