Now I know that there are lots of techniques out there which states exactly same that my title does.

But hold on DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

I am not just gonna tell you the techniques or even elaborate the steps to follow to get along through your path

So getting straight to the point how exactly do actually we achieve goals?

But first let be clear in your head what it is that you actually want to achieve and it's really the center if your concern all the time.

In the pursuit of any goals it only requires the neural circuit to orient that goal. It doesn't really matters what and how the big goal is!

Let's say for and instance your goal is to achieve physical and mental fitness or per say academic success or it could be anything there you want, you just need to get through your four main neural circuit in order to pursuit that goal.

And those are amygadala, ventral strontium, cortex,  and neural transmitter or neural modular called dopamine.

The name clearly isn't important as their works

The first is amygdala this one is in association with fear particularly. Fear of not getting things right or they way they are suppose to happened is ignited by the amygadala which is also know to be as centre of fear..

The second is ventral straitium which is a part of basal ganglia. Basal ganglia is a neural circuit that helps to generate intiation of to- do or not-to-do

For instance: I will be working out from tomorrow and the other part of the brain may suggest no I shouldn't be having sugar if I have been doing  workout.

The third one is the cortex which is the outer shell of the brain. The cortex has sub regions that are involved in goal directed behaviour.

And the last comes the neurotransmitter which governs our goal setting, goal assessment, and goal pursuit and that is dopamine.

Dopamine is that common currency through which we can trace out progress and values.

So these were the simulators in the brain that are highly essential for one who is in the pursuit of their goals.

The facts and magic of neuromodular dopamine is impeccable to sum up in this tiny blog that I stretched has become pretty enormous one to be.

But to sum up dopamine sits at the heart of motivation.
