🤤And What Is Your Favourite🤤???

Hello all!!! Hope all my fellow bloggers were doing good and great. Thankyou all for all your support and valuable opinion through comments. 

In this blog I'm going to share about A delicious food - THE BIRYANI..❤️🤤 by telling its name itself making me to eat biryani now itself. And love to eat Hyderabadi Biryani that's my favourite biryani.

 

The making of Biryani :   Every women should have a happiness while cooking biryani. I'm here to share a wonderful recipe today. 

Steps in making biryani: 

  • Wash the chicken and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, curd, lemon juice and little salt and left it for atleast 30 minutes.
  • Chop the veggies like onion, tomato, corriander and mint leaves and be ready.
  • Take all the spices like elachi, cloves, cardamom, bayleaves etc..,
  • Take a pan and add ghee after melting of ghee you should add all the spices.
  • Then add chopped onion and satute it well till it become golden brown colour.
  • Then add tomato and within 10 mins you can add chicken and corriander and mint leaves. 
  • Satute it well and then add chicken and make all a nice blend add salt, chilli powder
  • After ten minutes add water and once the water starts boiling add soaked rice. 
  • Then add salt for taste and put 1 or 2  whistle .., the biryani ready!!

Some Biryani Facts : Almost every region in India having any special ingredients or special versions of Biryani. Over 26 types of biryani in India. 

Best Biryani : Kashmiri Biryani is the best Biryani. Because it is a perfect mixture of chicken and rice with dry fruits and spices.

Famous Biryani: Hyderabadi Biryani is most favourite for biryani lovers, because of its dum making it makes biryani more special and tasty by enhancing flavours of spices and chicken or mutton.

Spiciest Biryani: Memoni Biryani or Kutchi Biryani from Pakistan and Sindhi Biryani is the most spiciest Biryani in India comes from Gujarat - Sindh region.

Less Spicy Biryani: Bhatkali Biryani in this biryani the mutton and chicken pieces are soaked in curd and cooked with curd..this made this biryani less spicy.

Costliest Biryani : Royal Gold Biryani at Bombay borough. Gold Biryani costs about 1000 dhirams which is ₹19, 706 for a plate of royal gold Biryani.

Best Rice for Biryani : Basmati rice is the most common option for biryani and loved by all biryani lovers. Because of its long grains, Nice aroma, soft fluffy textured making it more special.

❤️🤤And World Biryani Day is celebrated every year October 11. Paying a tribute to a rich flavorful Indian dish and most people's favourite too❤️🤤
