We all come across days where we feel all sad and numb, thinking about our mistakes repeatedly but hey, its okay to make mistakes! its okay to feel sad!
All you have to do is let it all GO. yes, you can let GO of your past version.
We never made that mistake to feel Bad about ourselves, we did it because we needed to know something, we needed to learn something out if it.
It cannot be your fault if it went wrong and thats totally okay.
Remember- ROCK BOTTOM TEACHED LOT OF THINGS THAN MOUNTAINS EVER WILL.
just like how we cannot remain happy forever, we wont remain sad for ever, dont you know this pain is also a feeling and it is deserved to be felt?
Feel all those pain until it gets empty through the way you felt. yes feel it, and it will go. It will hurt when you try to stop it and hold it down instead of feeling it, pay attention to you feelings.
Don't be suprised if its hits you over and over, every time when it hits you, it wants your attention, you have to give your attention to it and sit with it. maybe it hits you over and over because it wanted to tell you something, tell you something about how to hold that pain with love.
how gentle you should be with your pain as when i ask you to pay attention, sit with it and hold it with love, im asking you to treat it with patience and care.
We all once in our lifetime would have came across people who are rude to us, who say hurtful offensive words, being aggressive towards us but its all basically their pain that they are simply passing to you since they had no courage to hold it.
but now, you carrying it.
and im asking you to feel it, it hurts definitely, it hard but
hey… i want you to know
Every time when you choose to avoid your pain, it gets bottled up building a fort inside your heart that totally turns your connection not only just from pain but also other emotions- kindness, care and love.
So all im telling you is…
BE GENTLE WITH YOUR PAIN
BE CALM WITH YOUR PAIN
BE KIND TO YOUR PAIN
HOLD IT
FEEL IT
DROP IT
AND LET IT GO.
