Happiness- A Feeling of Pleasure & Positivity. We all heard a quote that- “Happy Souls are the Prettiest”, and this happiness came from so many different things in ours lives. Reasons for happiness varies from human to human. Some found happiness in doing little things like- Helping Others, Doing their favorite activity and for others happiness can be watching their favorite cricket match, going for solo trip or spending time with family.
Happiness consists of excitement, relaxation, satisfaction, feeling of goodness and many more things. Happiness is a feeling that we usually cannot describe in words. When we are happy, that feeling automatically changes our expressions and gestures.
Being “HAPPY” is of great importance in our lives as it helps us in releasing good hormones that brings positivity in one's lives. A happy mood can deal with issues and problems more actively and positively than a sad mood. If we will try to find happiness it is within. But the issue is that it is hidden by our negative thoughts, issues & problems and bad mood. Things are not that big and complex but our criminal mind make those issues as big as mountain. If we will train our mind to see good in everything, definitely we will achieve a positive and happy mindset one day.
Doing little things makes some people happy. For me if I do those things which are my hobby that is the most satisfactory and interesting thing. That activity rejuvenates my mind and provides me with happiness. For example- Watering Plants in Garden, Sowing Seeds, Weather and Nature Photography, Evening Walk and Family Time, these all activities are my favorite and I keep some time for enjoying these little things.
Happiness is “STATE OF MIND”. Happiness does not depend upon what you have or what you are. It basically depends on what you think. The better your think, the more happy you will be. Different situations arrive in everyone's lives but how you react to that particular situation or how you adjust yourself at that particular moment is all on you. There is need to train our mind so that it can control our negative thoughts & reactions and put all its energy in goodness, calmness & positivity.
For happiness what more we can do is- Train your Mind, Accept the Change, Start Your Day in Right Way, Change Perspective & Love Yourself.
