we go confused and cynical when we try to change the story/understand why it happened and all rushes inside our mind fruitlessly driving us crazy but at the end it all comes down to the choice we make.
The choice to ACCEPT what has happened and MOVE ON.
that might sound ridiculous, nobody can wipe off their pain and move on that easy, its like a strom thats trying to bring you down. you have to be patient and gentle with yourself when the voice inside your mind says unfair things that makes you to hate yourself, all you got to do is flush out all your feelings, dont you ever try to control your emotions as its trying to flush out all the pain inside you.
you ll be spending lots of days feeling low and the most important thing about those days is how you hold yourself during those tough times. how you treat yourself when you feel like stuck and find trapped inside your mind. how you get to realize all those words you encounter in your mind is lie and keep holding yourself till those thoughts and voices inside you leaves you alone.
The past is a story that has already sealed our life, you MOVE ON when you realize that it is sealed behind you. You MOVE ON when you choose to TRY. you MOVE ON when you feel READY.
talking about moving on is never linear. its a bumpy journey and when you try you come across days that you might hate and love, days that you feel good and bad, and it will be a beautiful as you come across different phases of yourself.
And you will feel ready when you belive you ll be ready. READY TO MOVE ON. READY TO BE BORN to be a better version of yourself, and that wont be the end, it is that you ll get better all through your bumpy days on moving on. As you get better, the journey gets better.
