1} Trim the Work.
Focus on the most important task. Trim your work list and give more importance to the top most 3 works. The more works you will focus, it increases the chance of multitasking. It can consumes more energy as well as time and it also gave rise to the lots of unproductive works.
2} Measure Your
Productive & Unproductive Works.
Make a list of works that you did throughout the day. Mark productive and unproductive work . Measure the time you consumed in unproductive work. Try to transfer that time as well as energy on productive work.
3} Work with a Positive Attitude.
Doing one productive work with the positive attitude is better than doing 10 unproductive work with negative attitude. Positivity keep pushing you towards your goal and negativity creates confusions.
4} Stick to the List
Make a habit of making list of the work you want to do throughout the day. Once this habit get settled in your subconscious mind . You will start doing work or completing the list on Autopilot mode.
5} Set the Time Limit.
Set the time limit for every work in the list and try to do the work on time. This will make you more disciplined at your work.
6 } Communication skills
Strengthen your communicationskills to eliminate unnecessary rework and wasted time from misunderstandings.Stay on one topic when communicating. Don't add too much information since it might confuse the recipient.
7 } Stop multitasking
People can't multitask very well. they're simply shifting their attention from one task to another very quickly.
Instead of multitasking, take a breather and then go back to focus on the one thing that needs to get done right now. Once that's done, move on to the next task.
8} Parkinson's Law
"If you wait until the last minute, it only takes a minute to do."
We are more energized to do a task when the task has a shorter timeframe to complete. Impose shorter deadlines for your tasks.
9}Relieve stress
The most effective stress-relief strategies are exercising, praying, reading, listening to music, spending time with friends or family, getting a massage, going outside for a walk, meditating, doing a creative hobby.
Another effective stress management technique is to plan ahead.
