Natural Ways To Maintain Youthful, Glowing Skin...!!

Beautiful skin attracts everyone... Intact beauty attract everyone... Am i right ?? So today I have choosen this topic and I'm sharing my ways to maintain a glowing skin in natural ways. So let's go...

1. Rice water

This is a magical trick. Trust me. So what you have to do is soack the rice in water overnight and strain it next morning. And your rice water is ready!! Then apply on your skin on daily basis and see the change. Your skin will denifitely look glowing and youthful.

2. Use sunscreen daily

A clean and mineral based sunscreen should be applied daily. Because UV rays are main reason for the color and texture changes and skin aging. Prefer the sunscreen screen which is 30 or higher SPF. Apply it on every morning. Add this to your daily skin care routine.

3. Exfoliat

Don't use harsh scrub or cloth on your skin. Because skin is very sensitive and gives instant reaction if something goes wrong.

Exfoliate once in a week with mild and organic scrub. Do not give chemicals to your skin.

4. Eat antioxidant and protein rich food

Fruits and vegetables are the best source of antioxidants. Include this on daily basis in your diet. Your skin will give beautiful results. Our skin quality is depend on our food plate. So remember this.

5. Stay active

Exercise increse the blood flow throughout the body. Working out leads to better and glowing skin. So include daily workout routine in your life.

6. Drink lot of water

Staying hydrated is essential for your skin. Drinking less water can leader to dryness of skin. Staying hydrated keeps your skin mositurized, healthy and glowing.

7. Minimize Stress 

Easier said than done, we know, but feelings of chronic stress can seriously damage your skin—and even trigger a host of issues, including eczema and psoriasis. All the more reason to commit to a proper self-care routine, whatever that may look like for you (although may we suggest a few aforementioned tips such as making time for face masks, facials, exercise, and beauty sleep).
