Overthinking: Are You Becoming An Over-thinker Let's See How It Affect Your Lifestyle

Let me ask you one question to my dear over-thinker when you start your job how many of you have thought that is we are living on earth only. I guess many of you have thought now don't blush. It's true l am not here to give you a lecture on this topic but like to tell you the fact😊

Overthinking is the phenomenon of thinking of your past or future in your precious and valuable time. Nowadays adults and new generation people are engaged in overthinking

Overthinking is nothing but it is the most important activity to make your head load with lots of thoughts that can make you sometimes happier but most of the time you suffer from lots of problems like mental illness, headache or you might go to depression.

People even think if there is a normal headache they started thinking that they are suffering from a brain tumour. If you are skinny and at that time your mother says to you that you are losing weight day by day  and you should diagnose with hypothyroidism at that time you will say nothing is like that but damn sure after some time you will engage your brain in thinking for diagnosis

Overthinking nowadays creating a lot of tension, many new generations of people are in depression due to overthinking.

Let's see how to stop the overthinking:-

  1. The person who is suffering from this should do meditation or yoga combine with exercise.
  2.  If you are in great trouble you should go to some Physiological Doctor to take suggestions and medicines.
  3. You should change your lifestyle by eating simple and lite food instead of oily food as oily food is not good for metabolism and make the stomach uneasy and you will be not able to sleep.
  4. The person should take a nap in the afternoon as it increases metabolism and not make you lazy and tired. You should go to the bed early for sleep. 
  5. Engage your brain in such activity from which you feel good you can do dancing, playing games, listening to music, making a portrait do whatever you like.
  6. Also, try to be in the present as if you about your past you are helpless as you cannot change it and if you will think about your future you will not able to think what will happen. So better is to be in present and enjoy
