• Loan Amount with intrest after 24 Years: 21,00,000 ($28,390)
• Loan EMI: 7,500 ($101)
• 7500 x 12months x 24 years = 21,60,000 ($29,200)

[NOTE: Rental income can be more less in some areas, but this is still possible, just the loan time have to be increased, so that the rental income can be approximately equal to the Loan EMI.]

And with this you are owner of a FREE PROPERTY, that will be completely yours after 24 years from now, you have paid nothing for this property but TIME. And don't forget that you haven't paid any money for that property

CONCLUSION

You have learned something that is being working for a bunch of people. This method takes a lot of time, and many people don't apply a lot of their brain to think about these types of ideas to increase the property.

EXCEPTIONS

There is a flaw in this method, that if your property has not been taken by someone on rent for 3 months, then you have to pay the EMI of 7,500 for one month from your own pocket. But there is an easy solution for this, you have to give the property at a good amount of intrest to the person who is intrested to get. So that, you don't have to pay the EMI by yourself.
